The full changelog of the features and changes we have made to BlueSky in October 2026 can be found below:
- Board members can suggest agenda items. Board members who cannot add items to an agenda now see a “Suggest an Agenda Item” button on their meeting group page. They type a short title and any details, and BlueSky emails the suggestion to the organizers of that meeting group. The organizer decides if and when the item goes on an agenda. Nothing is added to any agenda automatically, and nothing new is stored on your site. Organizers and site administrators see no new button, because they can already add items.
- Deleted agenda items can be restored. If you delete an item while building an agenda, it now appears in a “Deleted Items” box in the agenda editor sidebar. Click “Restore” and the item returns to its old place with its attachments and any sub-items.
- Attachment downloads only include items on the agenda. The “download all attachments” zip used to include files from items that had been deleted from the agenda. It now includes only the files of items that are still on the agenda, the same list you see on the meeting page.
- Help menu. The Help menu now has two entries, “Email Support” and “Request a Feature”. Both open an email to support@blueskymeeting.com, and we reply within one business day.
