Dear BlueSky Customer,

As you have recently heard from Ryan, BlueSky Meeting Solutions is joining the LightSky team once again on January 1, 2017.  We have worked with Ryan to create a seamless transition as he steps from the helm of BlueSky and we are grateful for the opportunity he is giving us to serve you and become part of the BlueSky family.

LightSky is a software development firm committed to making excellent products and solutions for all of its customers.  Many of you are likely familiar with the LightSky name as it is the original parent company of BlueSky from when the company was owned and operated by Ryan Hochstetler.  When Ryan stepped away from LightSky he remained in control of BlueSky.  We are excited to see BlueSky come back to the LightSky family.

In the short term, you shouldn’t see much change in your BlueSky experience.  We will begin working behind the scenes almost immediately to evaluate the health and stability of the application and begin working to fix some of the outstanding bugs that we have been made aware of during the transition.  If you have a bug that is impacting your user experience please let us know by reaching out to our support department at

There will be some things that will change soon, though. First, the website is currently undergoing an overhaul to give it a fresh new look and feel. Second, a new support portal will be available. Once launched, you will be able to submit and track the status of tickets, as well as have a place to find a growing Knowledge Base for BlueSky.  It will take us some time to get all of this support documentation written, but you should see this Knowledge Base growing steadily over the coming months.  Third, you will see billing coming from LightSky.  We will be keeping the current billing methods you currently use active moving forward.

Lastly, we want you to know that we have an open door here at LightSky.  We want to know what you want to see in BlueSky, and we are actively seeking feedback from you to include in our plans for development moving forward.  Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us with feature suggestions, or just general thoughts about BlueSky.  And please don’t be alarmed if you hear from us.  We want to know what you think.

Thanks for your time, and we look forward to serving you,

The LightSky Team
